I have 110 LEDS on my 04 EGC in Red, White and Blue. I have total coverage including my inner fairing and under the tour pack, saddle bags and fairing. Mine runs with a 15 position remote and all connections are soldered to eliminate the PITA clip connections. I changed out the gauge lights to R/W/B as well as the speaker grills silver with red LEDS behind. I ride with the Patriot Guard and they really show off well at night with our display and the 2-7 foot flag masts on the back of the bike.

Had them for a couple of years. You have to get the good ones though. I've seen some BAD ones !

I put on the Kury Lizard lights around the engine Easy to install. I put The LED strips on the inside of the the saddle bag gaurds pointing in to get the glow effect.

Some of the best LED's are Stingerz's IMHO

I can't vouch for the dealer I listed above but here are the lights.
I run these on my bike and love them.

Wow, which ones to choose from???? And what is the definition of “Over done?” I don't want a bunch of money in my Ultra to have people look at it and say “cheesy?”

I do like the blue color, but I can see where that wouldn't be legal in Calie because the cops use red and blue. However, if I'm not riding with them on and only use them when the bike is parked at a night even, I don't know…

I have a friend who is a retired CHP, I will ask him what is legal in Calie.

Thanks for the websites and info. I just have to figure out what is cheesy or not.

"I watched how-to videos here, but found Custom Dynamics' prices and kits more appealing."

Thanks for the web traffic, Scott. I find it interesting that people watch our videos to learn how to install lights, but they purchase elsewhere. I could understand this if our products were priced excessively higher than others, but they are not. Boogey Lights are competitively priced and they are the best and brightest product on the market. For over 20 years all we've offered is accent lighting. Get your brake lights and turn signals elsewhere, but if you want the best accent lights you'll want Boogey Lights. You also get a true lifetime warranty on our products, which many claim to offer but few deliver.

HOG_0308 - You might want to try our new multi-color strips, Fireworks Ultimate. These low profile flexible strips and wheel pods offer the ability to select any of 7 different colors so you can ride with a legal color and display a variety of colors and special effects when parked. There is no other multi-color product on the market that compares, period. Check it out: http://www.boogey.com/products/fireworks

Default led lites

ditto on florida joes.the only problem I had was how thin the connecting wires were.so I went to a thicker wire and its all good.however I suggest when you wash your bike disconnect your neg. cable.I found that when they get wet they will stay on for an indeterminate time.

Does anyone have these? Where did you get them? How hard where they to install? I'm not much with wiring… are there any laws in California keeping one from running them at night? If so what colors are allowed?

Thanks
IMO the best out there is www.swintledlights.com I had 14 pods on my 2000 FLHRCI from under the tank, in the front fender, under the floorboards, on the rear rim, etc.....I contacted them with a picture of my bike and asked for their opinion on what color, they even threw in 2 pods FREE for buying 12. great customer service and they are made in the USA unlike Kuryakyn and other brands made overseas. It was all a matter of time locating them, all plug-ins, just wire them straight to your battery or an accessory fuse block.
