2009 EGC engine or drivetrain noise?

2009 EGC engine or drivetrain noise?
I have a 2009 Electra glide classic so its 96 cubic inch and 6 speed...
But I have a weird feel to the engine in the 3000 rpm range in most gears..
I can feel a harder thump(best way to describe) when in 1-5 gears around 2500-3500 rpm range...its a little harder thumping that I can feel in handle bars and with my highway pegs.
I dont think I really feel it in 6th gear..
but its not 100% constant and it doesnt thump enough to be everytime a piston goes up..possible every other time..
you can feel it more when I rev it up when cruising around the 2500-3000 rpm..it thumps harder.
Didnt have this with my 2007 streetbob...
I only have 5100 miles on the bike.
Any help will be great...
or ways to help trouble shoot or see what I need to look for..
I have royal purple in trans (shifts better)
and Mobil 1 VTwin syn in engine
