Rebuild-a-bagger
So we started here..

removed the tour pak and light rails

then the fun began

The bike is now lowered front and rear progressive 412's and lowering springs with amsoil fork fluid...what a difference in handling and ride..very happy with this set up. While we had the front end apart I installed a chrome front end.
I ditched the stock handlebars for a set of KW Ergo up bars that I am also very impressed with. Along with a set of PM renthal grips.
The motor went from the stock 88 to a 95 gear drive with andrews 54hg, SE forged high comp pistons, pushrods, and lifters, bigboyz headwork and a tts mastertune, just waiting to decide on a 2-1 exhaust that I can't make up my mind on.
I pulled the front passing lamps and turn signals off, installed the new style headlamp added biketronics wing tip led turn signals and also changed the gauge lights to green...looks very cool at night.

Finished looking something like this, with dad's bike next to it

I have more pictures somewhere just have been too busy riding it!
