Sounds like a loose compensator to me. Try this test. When it's making the noise put it in gear and while holding the front brake slip the clutch just a little. If the sound goes away it's a loose compensator.
That is what all my research says. The only problem is the head tech explained to me with the new design it's pretty near impossible for bolt to come lose like the older design. He said they will check it.
I can't help but wonder since my bearing was apparently gone for quite some time that components set in riding the wrong way and when the bearings were replaced some other component is bent or seated wrong so now the chain isn't adjusting properly. The thing is other than it being a bit noisier than I'm used to, the problems don't show up until it's good and hot. Like the end of a 350 mile ride. Running around all afternoon doing errands, that kind of thing.

What do you have to lose by checking the stabilizer link. Place your hand on it while its noisy. If it doesn't go quieter nothing lost nothing gained. Sometimes its the simplist things. Doesn't matter to me, your call but I've seen it on three different bikes, all the same scenario.

Nothing I just seriously doubt it's the problem. All this directly correlates to the bearings being changed and given that I have a rear stabilizer I'm pretty certain I would if I had a problem with the front I would know it. Also the stabilizer being loose does not match the rest of the symptoms.
Update, I took it back to the dealer today and on my way to the dealer at a stop light I hear tink-tink-tink-tink coming out of the primary, I am thinking whatever is broken has started to disintegrate.
I had a simular noise with my 02 Electra,what I did was when I changed the primary fluid I stupidly turned the drain plug in to far.It sheared off,didn't cause to much damage.I don't know if the 07 has the same kind of plug.
Had similar issue especially when bike was hot, on my ride to Alaska the dealer in Miaoula Mont told me the compensator sounded shot, had it replaced in Soldotna under warranty, bike is like new. Suggest you do the same, get teh SE compensator it has good reviews here, I ended up with stock as taht is alll they had in stock. Will go to the SE comp next time I am in Primary. Talked to two others who did the same trip with 09 and 10 Ultras had same issue. I will also go to the new adjustable SE chain adjuster, there is another one out there from aftermarket you might want to look at.

Here is a thread that I followed, I trust this guy very much, never seen him steer anyone wrong and has always been helpful to me with info and advice. There are others out there use the search in the touring section.

More than likely it is your compensator spring assembly. I have had this same issue on a couple of my guys builds and when the primary was found to be the source of the noise it was disassembled for further investigation. The compensator spring assy. was completely collapsed. The SE compensator kit was installed, which corrected the problem. This kit is a completely re-engineered compensator and cam assembly and is awesome in design and construction. IMO, It should be stock on all production bikes.
Well worth the $$ for the upgrade.
