Sure but this would make it easier for her mounted low on the derby cover.... just bend at the waist sweetie not at the knees.....

How about on the front side of your saddlebag with a small reinforcement plate on the inside of the bag.

OK, I've thought about it. I see no problem with mounting her on the bike.
