Ok Guys, I know a lot of folks have done this but I wanna find a way to do it on my '07 StreetGlide. I want to attach an old school bottle opener on the bike. I do ride two up so that eliminates using any of the rear peg bolts. I have actually seen on an A/C but there is no way I am doing that as there are enough issues with them cracking.
Thanks for the reply. I did consider that but I think it might be too wide. I wonder if there is any way to mount it on the Derby cover I had been trying to find something unique. Two birds with one stone?

There should be enough clearance on the derby cover to drill and bolt it, I would think. Drill the holes close tolerance, add a little silicone when you bolt it up ........ Damn, I've got an old school, HD branded opener at home in the toolbox I've never used, now you got me thinkin'.
That's a great idea. maybe it can be welded on and rechromed. Just watch you don't tear up your pants or ankle with that.
Actually, I was thinking leave the derby chrome and wrinkle black the opener to match the engine. You are right I have to think about the ankle and catching pants.... I will play with it.

how about mounting to the horn cover, or to a laydown tag bracket
I don't think the rubber mount for the horn would tolerate opening the bottles. Tag bracket is a thought but do I really want a cop seeing a bottle opener right there by the license plate? Lol!
