Canned maps from anyone are not optimized to each individual bike. Harley does not buy matched injectors. Here is a tech article where injectors were tested:

It does not matter where the "canned" map came from, a bike in Jersey where the "canned" map was developed will not run correctly or be optimized if that canned map is put on a similar bike in Dallas. Most "canned" PC maps I have seen from customers are in basic mode which means one fuel table for both cylinders, this is absolutely wrong according to the tech article above. Even if the map is in advanced mode for each cylinder the data provided in the tech article above explains why it will not be optimized for your particular bike.
