I have run the XIED's for 300 hundred miles
or more and do like them for sure, the bike
runs smoother and does have a little more pep,
4th,5th,and 6th gears are not lugging like before
when getting down close to 2000 rpm.
I did the power jumper for my driving lights last
night to where they will stay on when the headlight
is on HIGH beam. they stay on when on HI or LO
and I like that a lot.
Great looking scoot you have. I ran Xied's on my 08 UC for 6 months and 6K miles. I put a set of FL-Xied's on my wifes 2010 SG Trike with Jackpot Mufflers and Arlen Ness Big Sucker A/F Runs great! I took my Jackpot's off my 08 UC when I traded last Friday for my 2010 RK. Ordered another set of FL-Xied's and installed them this morning before taking about a 180 mile ride today. I could tell the difference in power and heat. Got a Arlen Ness Big Sucker ordered, Should be here by Friday.
I agree Xied's are great for the price. have had a set with Ness Big Sucker for about 3K now. Much better in 4,5 and 6th with minimal lugging. Before these upgrades I had to run 3k or higher.
Didn"t see as much help with the heat, however, it has been over 100 numerous times already this year and seems to stay in the mid 90's.
