I'll tell ya not many pipes make me wonder what the hell they are when I hear um... I run a 2-1 new Thunderheader and at 56 yrs young Im beginning to want a more mellow sound on long runs..... I've run Supertrapp, Bub, VH, Kirker, FC, and now a TH all on my SG..

Yrs back on my 86 FXR I ran Bub Bad Dogs and loved cause they were mellow but loud enough when needed... nice bike BTW..

I was going to go with the Monster Ovals, but the 4 inch Rineharts are just too good sounding to pass on. Cheaper and better looking IMHO. I have a '12 Limited that is bone stock. Assuming I can slip on the Rineys without any remap or tune? Someday I'll get to head pipes, etc, but need good sound now. Thanks for the help. Great thread.
