Looked all over this forum and different websites for the right windshield for my 2010 Street Glide. The stock 4" is cool but worthless in the way of wind protection (couldn't even hear the radio). So, long story short, someone on this forum said they had a Freedom Shield. I checked out their website (freedomshields.com) and found a number of different heights and colors. They are the recurve style. Thought I'd try the 10" dark gray. Works great. I'm 6'3" with a 34" inseam and I look over the top of the windshield with a stock Street Glide seat (and with my Mustang Vintage Solo seat). No, it doesn't have the cool factor like the 4" shorty, but it's not bad lookin' for a larger type windshield. And the other thing is that the new T-bag windshield bag fits perfect.

See Pic's attached.
Very nice.
I ordered a Clearview 6.5" recurve windshield, and am still waiting on delivery. You're right...the stock windshield is pretty much worthless, and I can't wait to replace it.
BTW, sweet Mustang seat and TBags. They are on my list of "stuff" to get when I get back in town.
I am 6'/ 34" inseam and use the Clarks flat top drk tint 8". I can see way over the top and yet can smoke at 80 mph, running the stock seat. The nice thing about clarks is they are wider by about 2" on each side so you can hear the radio better and better protection for your passenger. I'm going to try the air ride police seat soon and probably will need the 10" drk tint, or go with the 14" clearview. go can go higher with a wide windshield and still keep the low profile look. But I had a 14" on my ultra and nerver a problem with rain, cold weather, birds or bugs. Still had plenty of air flow when it was dam hot in all those southern states.
long ride shields ultra flip medium tint looks good and works great, give them a look
I agree on the Ultra Flip!
After I ordered mine, three other friends also ordered theirs.
All are happy, great service, awesome price, look and perform great!
