Default Anniversary Performance

As many know, I just bought my first bagger An 03 EG Classic, Carb model 88". I have been reading posts about performance and what to get for the injected models but not much for the carb models. Harley Davidsons website isnt very helpful. I am assuming it is stock still, with the exception of an aftermarket exhaust (not a good one though) which I can't find a name on. What to do first to give her some more pep. Cams? Ign Module? other things I don't know about ?

Sorry for the Newb questions.
