anyone know for sure the width of a 2010 SG front wheel
I was thinking of running them front and rear on a pre 09 bike if I can fit a 150 tire on the rim
Maybe I misundrestood, but if you are trying to use the front wheel in the back it will not work... The dimensions are different and there is the sprocket...
yes i am thinking of using the front wheel as the rear and with a 3.5" width i can run a 150 tire. I am pretty sure you are wrong about the wheel not working as all i should need to do is redrill and tap one side of the wheel to allow for the pulley bolts

Uh, that REALLY does not sound like a good, or workable plan.
Why not just put a SG rear wheel from the appropriate year on the back, and the 2010 on the front?
I have custom wheels on my 07 Rk and the rear 18" wheel is 3.5" wide so I know a 150 will work as far as drilling and taping the holes I also know from my custom wheels that the rear wheel is the same dimension on both sides so there is no offset issues. I would not use a 07 or earlier wheel one because I would want them to match and 2 I want 18's on the front and rear. If you take a close look at take off wheels from a earlier bike with the same size front and rear wheel you will see that the wheels are identical.
