If you search this thread, you will find that Fuel Moto is the clear winner.

I just received mine from them a few days ago, she is hooked up and running. It is great!!!

bought mine used from a forum member (onesweetglide08)..and kieth at fuel moto was still more than happy to help me out with a couple maps to try!!

I'm going to go against the grain here and suggest that you buy a PCV, or better yet a Power Package, from Fuel Moto. Now, it's off my chest and I'm happier.

I know one of the best tuners out there is/was John Golden but he may have retired. I did hear that he sold his dyno trailer but he may still be tuning from a shop. I had him tune my 99 king many years back and did a great job. He used to travel to all of the main harley events and some dealers and you could schedule with him online or by calling. Can't hurt to check it out.
