Just handled a crash.....a Harley rider driving an SUV fails to yield and takes out a biker. Driver gets ticket, biker gets arrested for DUI.

It happens.

Worked a minor wreck last summer.....the "at fault" driver got ticketed for innattention....the guy that was stopped at the red light and got rear ended? He went to jail for DUI.
