Default Rear shock upgrade on Roadking
I know this has been beat to death.... I have searched and looked through different threads on rear shocks and have talked to different people...and now Im more confused then anything... Right now I have the 12in harley air shock on my roadking... the one thing I like about them is they are 12in which gets me closer to the ground....So what would you guys recommend for a 2up shock? any info would be great thanks

If you are riding two up, I would change the oil to a little heavier oil and start off with 40 PSI and adjust from there. HD shocks are made by Showa and they are quality shocks. JMO

I run Progressive 940 shocks and love them

The Ricors do great solo and 2-up. I wouldn't trade 'em for the world.

I use the Progressive 12" air shocks on my King, they work real great.

me and the wife just got back from 2 weeks in North Carolina 2 up and loved them, I adjust them 1 turn for 2 up and back it off a turn when solo, easy and takes seconds, I'm 235lbs she is 125lbs

I just installed the Progressive 940's on my 08 Roadglide. They are a big improvement over the stock air shocks. They give you the travel of a 13" shock with the ride height of a 12" shock.
