Default Wheels

Looking at RC Components wheels for my 09 Street Glide, talked to my dealer and they are telling me that they will run around $1200 per, sounds high to me, also looking at some of Harley's wheels but the big thing I don't want to do is to put a larger wheel in the rear and it looks as if they want you to go to 18 front and rear don't mind changing the front but spent to much time making the bike low to change the rear like the 16's want to go to a 200 tire though?

Average is around $2800 for a set, they are in the ball park.

$2,400 for a pair sounds pretty good bassed on my shopping. Very nice wheels. But before you pull the trigger, take a look at Coastal Moto. Found the quality/look to be comparable for a few less $$. Exceptional customer service. Got a pakg for wifes deluxe (matching wheels; pulley; two rotors) $2,700 installed, out the door. Good website that will show the wheels on your model bike.

If you want to go with a 200 rear tire I would go with the 17 x 6.25" rear wheel and a Metzler 200/50-17. This will keep the back as low as possible. We also sell RCC wheels at a discount so pm me if you want prices or have any other questions.

wally,

Take a look at our website (www.coastalmoto.com) and give me a call. I am running some specials right now the Coastal Moto wheels and you definitely wont be paying $1200 per wheel and will get excellent quality.

Thanks

I have the RC Components Czar wheels on my '07 Streetglide. I bought mine from Eastern Performance on ebay. For wheels, bearings, rotors X2 on front, and Metzler tires was $2468. If I could have made the same deal from a forum sponsor, I would have bought from them.
