Default Hogtunes tweeter pod

Already got the Hogtunes speakers & they're great. Is the tweeter pod a worthwhile
addition?Thinking of adding it soon.Looking for more clarity.

Have had this installed for over a year and love it...provides great high end sound...even at highway speeds I can hear tunes playing...myself, i think it was a great investment.

The Hog Pods are nice, I did not notice a huge difference but it does make the highs and mids a little clearer at highway speeds.

In my opinion, you can do better than Hogtunes, and if you're like me & want great sound, you'll eventually do an upgrade & won't need the tweeterpod. I now have Hertz-Titans and they're fabulous. I also have a Woof Pak subwoofer in the tourpak & it really works & makes the speakers really pound out the bass. Look it up at hellsfoundry.com. I still have the tweeter pod on the bike because I don't want holes in the fairing if I take it off. It's not hooked up with my new system. Don't need it. Before I did the upgrade, however, it helped at highway speeds, but if you're looking for more bass, look into that Woof Pak & different speakers. You won't get bass out of Hogtunes & the tweeter pod. You'll be able to hear the music, but it'll be higher-pitched sound.

Dont think there is anyone expecting to get any bass out of a tweeter pod. For the money, the tweeter pod is a nice addition and helps keep the music audible at highway speeds. I have them and enjoy them.

I have looked at the woof pak from hells foundry and although it looks like a quality piece, I do not think, IMO, that it can deliver the results for how much it cost. Plus, I am not willing to give up that much room in my tourpak.

I believe the OP is not looking to compete professionaly in sound contest, simply wanted a little better sound.
