Yes, they are supposed to, as they will make a full contact with the pads. Everyone here on this post is pretty much echoed the benefits of changing to floating rotors. These are on my list of upcoming upgrades.

So these floating rotors will eliminate the 'grinding' sound we all hear when traveling in parking lots and elsewhere at slow speeds?
Great info guys....love the expertise. My front break does "pulse" at low speeds. So is this something a person can swap out himself?....and any recomendation of brand??
