I'd say it was syn3. But you can run whatever you want to in it when you change it but I would stay with synthetic. I use mobil1 vtwin. enjoy your ride.
Normally, I don't put syn3 till after the first thousand miles on a new bike.
True I run a 103 from the factory,and run Mobil 1,syn..Right now I am using Lucas.. wait till ya hit 1000 miles before switching to syn..or you could have a problem with the rings not seating..

i would not be surprised. you have a bigger engine, that alone is gonna generate more heat, but right now you are still in 'break in' mode, so all the parts in the engine have not yet done their final settling in, which is gonna generate more heat. and i don't know about where you live, but this summer has been brutal here.
