It has always helped me make the right decision the "first time"... unlike my buddies who seem to have to go through some upgrade or another 2 or 3 times before it's even close to what they had in mind.
Especially when talking about things like Stage 1 upgrades, and any engine mods.
I've also gotten valuable advice on troubleshooting.
I try to give back where I can, but with guys like iClick and Dawg around, it's tough to add move value than that.
This site is heads and tails above any other site, motorcycle or otherwise. I have asked for help several times and always get quick, accurate, helpful info.
If the guys here don't know nobody does. You can research anything. And it is FREE! Well the forum is, what I spend because of what I learn here ....well better not say in case the OL reads this.
HDF = Simply amazing. I mean the amount of info on here is just more than any man can stand. You know, I had to go back 6 or 7 pages before I got to yesterday. Anything and everything you want to know about your bike is at your fingertips. Right here any time of the day or night. All you have to do is ask and someone will respond in a heartbeat. Seems to me like this is all of ours one stop shopping - info - repairing - accessories - parts and anything else you can want or need place.
Keep up the good work. I'll be seein ya,
Has cost me more then saved......but I love it just the same.
I guess you're correct as far as buying new items but I was referring to saving money on labor costs. There are more things that I am tackling myself rather than having a dealer do it. The knowledge and support on this site are great.
