Hello my right side saddlebag flew off on the freeway. Right as I was close enough to get it someone ran over it and drove away laughing. Im looking to see which years would fit a 91 Ultra. Thanks in advance.

If it was on the freeway, maybe not been able to avoid running over it if it was going to cause a crash by slowing down/stopping quickly. However, laughing as you drive off would have made me hunt him down. I'll check at the shop today what fits a 91
92 is the newest you can go. In 93 they moved the battery and made a full right side bag. I don't know about the oldest you can go though. Sorry for your loss. Makes me want to buy the Brukus bag locks!
Looking in the 91 painted parts, it is showing pn#'s with an -85 suffix. So I would assume it would be safe to say that you could probably go from 85-92

Thanks for your help. I have found one on ebay that is an exact color match but it has a huge hole cut out in the back for what looks like an early 80's model when they had the turn signals in the bags. Besides that he was $250 for the bag and then Id have to either have it fixed or cut my left side to match. GRRRR...I even took the stock pins out and put a bolt and nut with lock washers and it still came off!!!
