I have an issue with the right side bag lid scratching on the backrest mount when I open and close the lid. I went to my dealer of sale to see what they thought about the issue and was pleased with immediate attention. I wasnt expecting that, they got another backrest out and examined it and just replaced it for the original one. The lid will be fixed soon. I wont be the one to get pissed-off about things unless it is a repeat problem or if I feel deceived about the issue. I work with the public and I know that being angry right off doesnt help with down the road relations. I dont expect perfect just the goal of trying to acheive it.

good for you, however you should have gotten on here bashed the dealer about your problem listing them by name so you could do a retraction after they treated you right, just kidding
