So went for a ride yesterday and I look down and the code light and the battery light are on. I just had to change the regulator 3 months back. I have the battery checked and they say its good. This lonly leaves the stator and the regulator. Is this norm that the Regulator only lasted 3 months and what would cause it to go out so fast? Cant believe I have to spend another $200 buck on one.

 

One other thing, even though the battery is suppose to be good its been on the trickle charger since yesterday and still hasnt hit the 80 percent and flashing level.

 

Check all of your connections first. You said your battery was tested and good. Maybe have it retested somewhere else. It is also possible that the battery tender you have it on may not be reading correct.
