Default 2010 Throttle performance

What is the general opinion of the throttle response with the new "throttle by wire" of the newer baggers? My opinion is a little sku'd due to I came off a Dyna that went like hell...
don't get me wrong! I love the RG but it lacks a little oomf! & yea, I know theres a few hundred LB's difference.

I honestly do not notice any difference at all. Feels the same to me.

Do you know that the throttle opening speed is adjustable via the race tuner?

really haven't noticed myself either, having work done to my TBW bike right now including a tune where they said the throttle opening speed can be adjusted. Don't think it really needs to be..

I like mine. As far as I can tell the power comes on just as good as the old system.
Like you said Dynas are a whole lot lighter.

If you use the SE tuner or the TTS tuner I know you can change the "progressive" throttle opening that the bike comes with stock. I have ridden mine that has not been changed and a friends who's was changed and the bike felt alot stronger.

Your 10 RG also has cats, unless you changed the pipes.

That is a de-oompher for sure.

I came from an 07 Superglide to my 10 Road King. I honestly can't feel any differance in throttle, but the cats kill everything. They are coming off after my current road trip.
