Kroozeabout.
I wave at everyone. I wave at people on scooters and bicycles. I wave at kids on Big Wheels. If I'm in a really good mood, I wave with both hands.
And if you're one of those cool guys who puts two fingers down by the horn, I may one-up you, smash my face on the tank and drag my fingers on the ground.
Got a pic of me and wife waving to Killboy on the dragon while in a corner, think I lost about half an ounce of metal off the jiffy stand bracket cause of that wave but it was a good picture
I just completed my first trip on my Ultra and my first tour in 25 years. I'm happy to report that at least in Western Canada, the wave is still alive
It seems to be broken down as follows
1) GWW Gold Wing Wave-frantically waving , flapping and grinning
2) Harley wave- One finger out, arm down low
3) All others a) on highway-two fingers spread out (the sideways peace sign) or b) in towns - curt nod and smile
4) across 4 lanes (or more) of divided highway-50/50 odds
5) To cool for preschool- snooty glare straight ahead-you know who you are
The one that makes me laugh is Lawyers on New Harleys trying to fit into category 5.
