I used a guy on ebay from So Cal. I forgot the name at the moment, I have the recpt in my tool box at the shop. He gave a 3 year warranty and also explained he uses a bit different process, besides a copper, nickle, and chrome plating he does a hard nickle plate too. The wheels are flawless and 3 years later they look as good as the day I put them on.
Oh and when I went to have the tires mounted and balanced, the guy said these were the most perfectly set of balanced wheels he has ever seen, both wheels took a 1/4 oz weight.
I'd be interest in knowing who the seller was for those rims... thanks!
I was just thinking(rarely do it), could one sell his stock wheels and buy a set of custom wheels and not come out with not a lot more invested and maybe a higher quality chrome wheel? Don't know how hard it is to sell stock wheels.
