Default TBW Cruise control tip

Many of you may already know this, but I didn't.

The cruise control can be deactivated by twisting the throttle grip slightly backwards. Just like touching a brake or the clutch.

This works on my '09 and I would think all the bikes that have the "run on one cyl thingy when idling) Even though mine is not set up to run on one.

Yes it works that way, I don't think it has anything to do with the parade mode activation.

Works that way on my 08 noparade mode also. You can also active the CC by pushing the thumb set in either direction not just the direction in the owners manual.

I always shut mine down with the throttle that way you don't throw a brake light to who ever's following

I actually just found this out myself , by accident not 2 nights ago. Going down the highway, hit a pothole and my throttle hand forced the throttle forwards and off went my cruise. Now I deactivate my cruise this way.

Can't remember for sure, but I think that my 2001 E Glide had that option also.

I turn off my CC all the time that way. will not affect the parade mode operation. To enable/disable the parade mode, one has to twist and hold to change the mode. To disable CC you only turn the twist grip for a split second.
