If the LED never needs replacing, I presume it's a sealed beam? I recently replaced my headlight lens and bulb. Now I need to remove them and clean the lens because the lens fogged. I would expect this should not happen with the LED.

Ride safe,

Bob.

At $900 for the headlight and passing lamps, they can keep it. Items like this should be standard in this day and age just for the safety factor alone. Or, at the very least offered as an option at a heavily discounted price on a new bike. $900 is just ridiculous.

The need ones are round and the ones in the Road Glide (at least mine) are not true round. So the 7" LED Headlights for the Bat Wing Fairing will not work.
Another one waiting or looking for something for the RG. The newer lighting for the stock RG's are OK, but looking for something better...

All of the rest of my lights are already LED. (Except for the Kuryakyn Fairing lights)
You and me both man - you and me both.

Why do they always lag behind in giving the Road Glide the good lighting? Grrr....

Standard? Give it time - it is a new technology.

Even HID's arent standard on everything yet. The good **** costs money - lots of it.

You won't save much, HD is selling them for about what they go for without the orange and black box. The non-HD version has a 4 year warranty, though...

Yes, sealed for both headlamp and passing lamps.

No thank you, that unit has a plastic lens that will yellow even with constant polishing. The polishing will only slow the yellowing down some...
