I am trading an 08 Heritage in on a 2010 Street Glide on Monday, my question is does the factory security interchange from a softail to a touring, is it plug and play or not? The SG does not have the Factory security...just askin..

I have looked at these on the HD site and some say they fit softails and touring, but does anyone know for sure? Where is the module anyway?

 

The '09 thru '11 touring bike electronics have been changed enough that I would bet the security systems are different from any other year models.
