Straight from "Sit Down, Shut Up And Hang On" by Penny Powers, Chuck Hays, & Anne Mitchell. You probably owe them some royalties. You can buy the whole book on Amazon.

Oh it's true. They're friends of mine. Google their names, or the name of the book. It'll take you to a couple of places where you can buy the book.
