New future SG owner here
Hello everyone,
For the last month I've been 'lurking' on this site to discover all It has to offer. It's the best site I've found on all the harleys. I'm 22 years old, and ride an 05' Yamaha 600 (currently up for sale). What brought me to this site Is the expectation of our 07 street glide due sometime late October. When I say we I'm referring to my dad, who doesn't use the computer much. We also have an 06' v-rod, which was our first harley. I'm also a member of the v-rodforums.com. We love the v-rod and that new street glide has caught my eye for some time. It's going to be nice to have a bike more versitle than my Yamaha. Radio, passenger comfort, storage. And who doesn't love that traditional feel and sound of a big twin. I've got a lot of decesions to make yet, from type of exhaust, to what type of floorboard inserts and all that chrome to choose from. Just wanted to Introduce myself as I'm sure I will have some questions soon enough.
