I've heard their best deals are done online because they then save money on the overhead of the sales staff. For in state (PA) buyers, I hear many will go with Benji's HD since their prices are competetive and PA residents wouldn't have to pay sales tax.

The online dept is different from the in store parts dept. You only get the best discount online, in state will have to pay the TAX. Ask for Tim

You are correct, they are located right on rt. 8 in Butler County. I live right down Rt. 8 from them also. Their in store prices are the same as everyone else in the area, Spirit, Gatto's, Heritage, and so on. You only get the discount price when ordering online and you will have to pay the 6% sales tax for Butler County. If you have a big order it is worth it to order online and pay the shipping. The more stuff you order at one time the less the combined shipping will be per item purchased. I bought a headlamp trim ring bezel, chrome voltage regulator and front fork lower kit from them online. Even with the shipping and paying 6% sales tax I still saved over $50 from going to the dealer that is literally 3 miles from my house.
