Nightstick Installed
I was going to wait and do a full exhaust upgrade, but got a deal on a used Nightstick that I couldn't pass. I installed it on my 2010 Road Glide Custom with stock A/C and no other modifications, and it seems to run real nice. May be my imagination, but very smooth acceleration, sounds decent when I get on it. I planned on eventually putting one of the HD ventillator A/Cs on the bike (the same one they put on the CVO touring bikes). For now, I think I'll stay with the Nightstick and postpone the full pipe upgrade. If I upgrade the A/C, I'll probably just go with one of the downloads for now. Anybody else go that route? What kind of luck have you had with it?

To make the Nightstick sound wicked, you can get an open end-cap from Supertrapp. Sounds pretty bitchen, even with the kitty still in place...
I ran my '09 Street Glide for a year (13,000 miles) with only changing out the mufflers.
No A/C upgrade or dowloads. I never had any problems at all.
.........and when I upgraded to the SE 103 Stage IV, the tech said inside my engine looked great. No unusual wear at all.
