I agree, this does look just like the Harley pump.
I have the Harley pump, and it works very well. It actually survived my T-Bone into a pick-up back in 06. My gauge is a few pounds off, but otherwise works just fine. I tried a rigid type bicycle hand pump, but it was too difficult to use, it needed the flexible hose.
I sprung for the Harley Touring Suspension Air Pump (model 54630-03A) not knowing there was a cheaper aftermarket pump available. Mine was $49.95 at the HD dealership (HD is proud of it). It works well and does exactly what it was designed to do. The no-leak feature works perfectly and the pressure release button makes it convenient for fine tuning the amount of air in the shocks. The guage goes up to 60 psi. The max pressure on my Ultra Classic is 50 psi. The pump's small footprint makes it easy to stow and carry on the bike for when its needed. I add about 15 psi when my wife rides with me. It makes a noticeable difference in the way the bike handles and rides. Wouldn't want to be without one.
If the pump criteria meets what 2011FLHTK posted earlier it will work just fine. I do use the HD hand pump and it does works well. Why waste 25.00 worth of time hunting for something that may work.
While I agree everything is overpriced these days i'm happy with the harley pump. it is durable and works great. a zero loss connection is nice too $24k invested in bike $50 for pump that works flawless no brainer.
