Default Jiffy Stand?

Can you believe that Harley Davidson would call the kick stand a "jiffy stand." How lame is that?

Just takes a "jiffy" to put it down. If you don't put it down, you go down in a "jiffy."

[sm=funnypostabove.gif] And if you don't get it locked in right, it also goes down in a jiffy about 1 second after you get off. I wonder how I know that? Thank goodness for engine and bag guards.

Kick stands are for bicycles, Jiffy stands are for motorcycles.

Hmm, I park my ride in a jiffy. What's wrong with that?

Anybody want to bet the legal dept said something like:

"Well if we call it a kickstand someone may kick it and break a toe then sue us. Let's call it a... .. umm.... jifffy stand!"
