Good news...
I was able to get the bolt out using 3ea, 9/32" (they broke) carbide drills. I broke it loose with a screw extractor.
I used a chrome plated 1/4-20 hexhead bolt from my old Harley I had laying around. I cleaned all the other torx bolts and installed them with blue lok-tite to about 45 in=lbs torque.
I was able to complete my first service with success. I know have Redline SP in tranny, and Redline in primrary, and Mobile V-Twin 20w50 in the engine. ****...it even sounds better!
Thank you forum for your support!!!

After reading so many threads about this I started using a little anti sieze on them, never really had trouble though maybe because I go in there every 5K
Here y'all go. You can see where the inserts have corroded.
Hmmm - I'll be taking a close look at mine in a week or two when I upgrade to SE Comp - but I don't think, even if these are inserts, that they would be "pot metal". The corrosion in your picture looks like iron oxide which, of course, is consistent with steel. Since pot metal doesn't contain iron or steel . . . well you get my point.

Sorry, I was using "pot metal" in place of "motherf*cking cheap-a$$, bull$hit metal".
Just for future information "Sears" sells a 3 pc. extractor kit that works very well. One side is for making the hole and the other side is for extraction. Both actions are done s l o w l y and with drill motor running in reverse. Used them help my son remove some cheap a@@ bolts off of his 86 honda.
