Default Neutral Light?
sometimes it doesnt go on when bike is in neutral. any suggestions?

I took the rider safety course a few years ago. According to the instructor the only thing the green "N" light means is that the green bulb works. Don't ever depend on it was the meaning of his comment. If it doesn't work you will never be tempted to depend on it.

I had the same problem on my 07 RK, MOCO had a bulletin to fix it.

The neutral switch could just be dirty and need a good cleaning. Also make sure it's connected good and tight.
