I've been pondering a smaller fender myself from my stock SG one, and from what I've read I thought you had to use a bracket to fit the FatBoy fender on?
(HD even sells one)
I've also been debating the idea of cutting & trimming my stock fender and repainting it...might be cheaper than a new fender which would have to be painted as well.
Gotta agree with the Klock Works fender! Great quality right out of the box. Might be a little spendier than some of the others, but mine was virtually ready to paint right out of the box!
