The bike was inspected and purchased by a trusted and savvy friend. The motor was done 3,400 miles ago by Venice Choppers. I have yet to see or touch the machine.

I noticed while looking through add-ons and accessories, that there seems to be a break after the 1999 year model regarding the frame. I am looking at a 1997 RK. Other than the Evo/TC, can anyone tell me if there is a difference and what it may be.
Is there any particular production years I should shy away from?
Somebody's full of monkey poop. Looks like a Twin Cam air cleaner... TC's were not made in 1997 and you can't make an 80" EVO 103ci with a big bore "kit" and you can't fit a TC into an EVO frame.
I'm missing something... looks like a nice bike though.
