Ditto. Very deep sound, I think almost "felt" more than "heard". I would say "about twice" the sound of the stock pipes, but not obnoxiously loud. I ran than for about 10k miles, but eventually went back to stock. The tend to drone a bit much for my tastes for distance riding. But they are very popular, sound great around town, and are of very high quality.
I have them on my Street Glide and love them! They have gotten a bit louder with 12000 miles on them but you can hear the radio just fine. Louder than stock but quieter than anything else available.
They are the best thumping, deep sound out there. You will still have the quitest pipes in the group.
They are huge and stick out the back a ways though (you need to watch when backing into a curb, they will hit before the tire). Not that there is anything wrong with that.
If I hadn't gone to extended bags I would still ahve them on.
Deeper rumble, but not to loud. I can listen to the radio with no problems. They do rumble when you get on it. Overall, very nice pipes. Look good with great sound.
