GOT my new fulsak baffles coming, when i removed the old baffles out of the cvo pipes packing was almost gone, what do you do with the wire mesh.these are stock cvo mufflers ,any ideas, also reg dirt bike shop have the wrap?
Most shops that cater to dirt bikes will have baffle wrap. I picked mine up at a regular metric dealer that sold dirt bikes. If want something specific they may have to order, and like the previous post said Fuel Moto sells a wrap they use with their products.
Interesting as When I got the stock baffles out of mine the wrapping was secured by the screen to the inside of the muffler itself and not to the baffle. The mufflers were two years old and the wrapping was in great shape.slid the old baffle and slid in the new.
I prefer to use 10 oz fiberglass cloth to wrap baffles. Last much longer than most muffler wraps. I also use mechanic's wire to hold the wrap on the baffle.

that is how mine was also, but they will need rewrapped
Perhaps something like a 50 x 50 wire cloth stainless steel mesh? Just throwing an idea out there, think creatively and there is always a solution to every problem with these things....
