I am thinking I read somewhere that it is 2 teeth smaller than stock. Look in your book and go from there. Someone that has done this will pipe in later I am sure.
According to Andrews web site. For each tooth you add or subtract to the tranny sprocket, it moves the rear axle forward or back 1/8". So if you have more than a 1/4" of rear travel left with the the 32 tooth sprocket, you shouldn't need to change belts.

If you do a search you will find more guys that have had to change to a shorter belt with the 30 tooth Andrews drive pulley.
I took a different route with my 07 Ultra. I used the 30 tooth Andrews drive pulley and also replaced the rear drive pulley with an 07+ Sportster 68 tooth rear pulley.
Stock 07 & 08 pulleys are 32T & 66T = 98T. The Andrews pulley and Sportster pulley are 30T & 68T = 98T. You don't need to change the belt and you end up with a 3.06 final drive ratio. I have been running this combo all year and really like the change. I would recommend while you are in the primary to go ahead and upgrade to the SE compensator while you are at it. Either way you go, you will have to deal with a speedometer being off and there are ways to address that.

I already put the 68 tooth sportster on. Now I will start looking for a 30 tooth tranny sprocket to install next.
