I have a 11 EG,and I did the stage1,and installed V&H dresser duals.Right now I have Rush slip ons w/1 3/4 baffles. The sound just isn't enough.I want it louder.I talked to Rush, and the sales rep suggested to go with the 2 1/2 baffles, and that would give me the sound I want.Is there any other options out there,as far as a loud slip on goes?I really like the look of some of the other brands like the monster rounds/ovals,but the I have heard them and they are just too quiet for me.Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.
I spent $300 on Rivcos and worked up to 2.5in. baffles. They allow me to hear the tunes from the Harmon Kardon. People behind think they are loud. I started with 2in. baffles and went to the 2.5`s eliminating the matting material and then I put the baffles in backwards.
I have some Rush mufflers on my Heritage Springer that have the 2 1/2 baffles. They are a bit loud for me though. Nice rumble when it's idling but a little too loud when I get on it.
If you're interested in trading your baffles for mine pm me.
I just installed the V&H High Output slip-ons and the V&H Power Duals on my 2010 SG. These high outputs put out a very deep rumble, the best I've ever heard and look fantastic too.
I have some 2" baffles for a Rush pipe with the single bolt mount. Not sure if you have the new 2 bolt design or not. I will give them to you for a great price. The 2" baffles on my 103 with cams were loud. Not enough to overpower the stereo but guys behind me said them things are pretty loud. I went to a 2-1 and plan on staying there.
Well, after talking with several people.I'am seriously considering the 2.5 from Rush.It seems for the amount of sound that I'm looking for the large Rush baffle is the best way to go for me.Right now I think I will try to get these baffles out first. That looks like a real job, cause those things are STUCK!
