Do the HP/TQ numbers look right for that engine?

He says it made 106Hp/108Tq

They could.Depends whats in there.Ask for the dyno sheet.

Nice looking bike.

96" SE ported heads 251 cams, lifters, rods, heavy springs.

My buddy tells me the 01 twin cam A is a pile of garbage engine.

Nice looking bike. No expert here on pricing but that doesnt sound too bad at all for al the miles on it and the extras.

I went and looked at it. I couldn't do it. It ended up being $10.7k and a new gun I have. So about $11.5k to me for an 01 w 34k on it.. It was nice but dirty and showed some wear.

I just didn't even feel like working him down. I explained what he was up against and left. I have a local Blk 2007 FLHT w/3100 miles that is as new for $11.5k. 96" efi 6-speed and all stock. Pipes seat stereo rear filler and it's the way I want it and new for about the same money.

Sounds like you found what you wanted...Now you have a clean slate to make it yours instead of what someone else did....If you 07 doesn't have the IDS on it, I would make that one of my fist mods...

Figure we can all help you spend your money...

Really ??????? Does HD make any good engines????? I must have been extremely lucky with my 3.

Well, I bought the 07 FLHT w/3k on it. $11.8k. This is my 1st time riding one and man, this is cool. I was just sold on the miles and year. Stock 96" efi and 6-speed...good base to work with.

Time for seat/pipes/shield and lower her a bit.

what's this about IDS?
