What DIY mods have you done?
I have an 09 Ultra. Yesterday I removed the Air Temp and installed an Oil Temp gauge. I also went ahead did the headlight mod so my hi/lo beams both work with spots...
What DIYs have you done? I'm talking actual mods and not simply installing a Stage 1, a backrest, chrome grips, etc... I'm referring to mods like I have mentioned above. Are there many more things I could do to actually make the bike any better?

true story the first month I owned my bike I asked the dealer how much to install the lowers! lol

Radio Shack siren for security system

Heel/toe shifter pads
GPS ram mount
8" Freedom shield

Shorty antennas
Punched out muffler, KN air cleaner
Hog Trough glove box covers
Running/brake/turn signal conversion for tour pak and lower lights
J&M fairing speakers
Highway pegs
Frenched spotlight trim rings
Warm N Safe dual remote heated gear control

Reduced effort clutch
