Not sure, but those look like at least 12".

Thanks for the quick reply, That's really the exact height I am wanting. Sure wish I knew if they were a 12 or 14. I just ordered a Dragonfly fairing for my RK and want my neww bars to sit at that level.
But I can't amke up my mibd if I want the OEM or the bagger PY bars.
