I think a lot of dealers are reluctant to sell them because they would never sell a HD tail light again.

Are these the ones I've seen on the road that do a custom flashing pattern on stopping? I was behind another rider and was wondering where he go it......looked like a great idea.

FYI, called the company, and they don't have a break light / tail light set up for the 2011 SG.

Might be. The BAL has like 30 different pattern settings. Most are not DOT approved. They are considered parade settings. You may have also seen a Custom Dynamics, which has a flash pattern, or a regular tail with some kind of pulse module.
