Vance & Hines do put out a very good quality product. A few of my VTX friends have V&H pipes on their bikes and they look and sound great.

V&H headers are one of the tops w/HP gain. Good product & excellent quality - can't go wrong w/them.

FM headpipe and FM Dyno tuned mufflers here. I posted my dyno charts in the Fuelmoto Vendor section. Very happy with the sound, ease of setup, quality of pipes and especially the HP and TQ gains.

Did the Jackpot from FM on mine. But did see since then that Rush has cat free and their ceramic coated inside and out. They say it cuts temps by 200 degrees.

I completely understand that heat isn't an issue for you, but down here in South Texas that cat fries the back of my leg during the summer. I gotta figure something else out.

I feel your pain. That was my ONLY motivation for switching too. It came down to the FM headpipe or the rush ceramic coated headpipe for me. I chose the FM over the rush simply because I got better response from FM and many people told me how well it was made and how well it would install (which I found to be true). Don't get me wrong, Rush was not rude or anything, it was just that when I called FM the person talking to me had first hand experience and techs available to ask questions and that was what I needed at the time of consideration.
