Would use a 7/32 of an inch allen wrench head on a bolt WTF. I don't have one in any of the 6 different sets of allen wrenches that I own do you ?
It was on a rack to mount the detachable tour pac. Just another way for Harley Davidson to get their Hundred Dollars out of the customer when they have to take it to the shop to get the rack installed.
All the other heads were 1/4 inch and now the one Basturd bolt is too.
I can't speak to how rare an allen head bolt requiring a 7/32" allen wrench is but I can tell you all three allen head wrench sets I own include a 7/32" wrench and so does the $6.00 set Home Depot sells.
I know it would **** me off at the time but I always look forward to going to the tool store. Just another reason to buy new tools. A guy can't have to many tools you know.
What gave me a chuckle today is when I changed out my horn cover. I believe the nuts on the back are 1/2 or 7/32 or something but the one in the middle that holds the horn to the bracket is a freaking metric nut.

Probably not the reply/post you were looking for.
Your right only the set I was using did not have it. I thought I checked the others but I guess I did not. it was one of those days
