Man,
That is one of those obvious ideas, you say 'why didn't I think of that?' I am ordering one today.
Thanks!

Keep mine in the trailer for the winter. Plugged in to an outlet in the trailer.
Good idea, I do trip over it when I have it plugged in in the garage.

15 degrees?! That's just TDC. Of course - it's about the same down here too.

Clint55 - when I saw your thread title I thought you were about to go all "touchy feely" on us for a minute.

Either that or you were about to lay your favorite turkey recipe on us.

OK not trying to be a jerk,I've got to be missing something here...

I've got an outlet in the middle of my garage ceiling too... Your SUV's are sitting outside covered with snow, can't see why I would I want to park my bike in the middle of my garage floor...I keep it near the back wall, plenty of room for it and 2 cars.Battery Tender Extension cord's running along the back wall opposite the bike, impossible to trip on it.

(edit) unless you're parking the vechicles in the other storage area behind 'em (All I've got is a 2 1/2 car garage)
As long as the bike's getting treated better than the cages your priorities are straight...
